I have never experienced anything like your ELP, Dana Carson. She staged the house nicely and it sold in less than 10 days. I couldn’t believe it. I knew a little work had to be done on the house. She lined up the contractors to get me quotes. The contractor was going to get paid out of closing. Unfortunately the Holidays kept causing delays and the closing had to be moved back until after Christmas. She fronted the $2000 to the contractor and said we could pay her at closing. Now, one would think this must be some piece of prime real estate. Dana did this for a $79k house. She went way above and beyond the call of duty and my expectations. Thanks for providing this service and giving us the opportunity to work with Dana.
